Overview
A leading consultancy is looking to hire an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant to join its expanding digital and enterprise asset management (EAM) team in London. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients on complex Maximo implementations, optimisation programmes, and digital transformation initiatives across asset-intensive industries.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the functional design and implementation of IBM Maximo solutions
Gather and analyse client requirements, translating them into system configurations
Configure Maximo applications, workflows, and business processes
Act as a subject matter expert, advising clients on best practices and solution design
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of integrations and customisations
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and training sessions
Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities

Required Experience & Skills

Proven experience as an IBM Maximo Consultant
Strong functional knowledge of Maximo modules (e.g. Work Management, Asset Management, Inventory)
Experience gathering requirements and delivering client-facing solutions
Understanding of Maximo configuration and core architecture
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments

Desirable Skills

Exposure to Maximo Application Suite (MAS)
Experience across industries such as utilities, transport, or manufacturing
Knowledge of integrations and Maximo Integration Framework (MIF)
Awareness of cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure)
